• The product contains excessive abnormal small bite-sized fragments

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photo or video evidence.

Certain non-consumable products may come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty, which covers defects caused by manufacturing issues only.

The warranty does not cover:
